Application Process
Welcome to Lakeland Christian School
When to Apply
Lakeland Christian School encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. The online application must be completed and submitted along with the $150 non-refundable application fee. In addition, the required supplemental forms must be received before the application will be considered.
Wait Pool Policy
For any grade level in which capacity has been met, students that have completed the admissions process and been accepted will be placed in a wait pool until space becomes available. If the grade level remains full through the first semester, you may choose to reapply for the following school year at which time the previously paid application fee will be applied accordingly.
Applying for Discovery and Special Programs (ESE)
Please note, a multi-disciplinary team at the school will consider the applicant’s information*, along with results from testing deemed necessary, to determine if the student meets the eligibility guidelines for Special Programs or Discovery Program services from the school.
*Withholding information about an IEP, 504 Plan, County Service Plan, or previous testing results may jeopardize the student’s admission or enrollment status.
How to Apply
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We require families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.
Creating an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.
Then log into your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. Grade level applications as well as pre-screening applications are all listed in the drop down box, for your convenience. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
